Lead Lawyer – Health Regulator (9-Month Secondment)

The Professional Standards Authority for Health and Social Care is seeking a Lead Lawyer to join the Section 29 team in the Regulation and Accreditation Directorate on a 9-month secondment or fixed-term contract, from November 2026 to July 2027. The role leads on initial stages of the Section 29 process and conducts legal reviews of fitness to practise cases.

Based in London with a hybrid working pattern, you will deputise for the Head of Legal and contribute to learning points and policy work
