Health Care Assistant – Driver Needed

Hours: Flexible – Day & Night Shifts Available

We are looking for caring, reliable and compassionate Healthcare Assistants to join our team. This is a rewarding opportunity for individuals who are passionate about supporting people and making a positive difference in their daily lives.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing high-quality care and support to service users.
• Assisting with personal care, including washing, dressing and toileting.
• Supporting with mobility and daily activities.
• Helping with meals, hydration and medication as required.
• Monitoring and reporting changes in service users’ wellbeing.
• Maintaining accurate care records and following individual care plans.
• Promoting dignity, independence and choice at all times.
• Working closely with colleagues, healthcare professionals and families.
