Senior Lawyer – Adult Social Care & Public Law (Hybrid)

HB Public Law, the shared legal service for the London Borough of Harrow, is seeking a qualified lawyer to join the adult social care team. The role covers advice and representation under the Care Act 2014 and Mental Capacity Act 2005, including safeguarding, plus Court of Protection and judicial review work.

Hybrid working with two days in the office and a caseload across four authorities. The successful candidate will have litigation practising rights and a willingness to engage with clients
