Talent Acquisition & Compliance Co-ordinator

Are you passionate about recruitment, compliance and delivering an outstanding candidate experience? We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Talent Acquisition & Compliance Co-ordinator to join the Fulham Group.

In this varied role, you will support the full recruitment lifecycle, from advertising vacancies and coordinating interviews to onboarding new starters, while ensuring all pre-employment checks, safeguarding requirements and compliance processes are completed to the highest standard.

Working closely with HR, hiring managers and the Safeguarding Team, you will play a key role in helping us attract, recruit and retain great people across the organisation
