This is your opportunity to join a leading company in their field, due to continued success are seeking for a Transport Supervisor to join their highly successful team on a permanent basis.

Supporting the Transport Manager you will

• Assist in the organisation of the Transport team
• Provide coaching, training, and manage any performance or disciplinary matters in line with HR policies
• Assist with senior management with operational planning
• Assist in the management of all drivers, scheduling, rota planning, rest days, and daily performance
• Oversee vehicle checks of the entire fleet
• Monitor, review, and manage relationships with fleet contractors
• Other adhoc duties

About you

• Previous experience in transport or logistics management
• Working knowledge of transport legislation and compliance
• Experience managing drivers, schedules, and training
