Head Chef – Care Home Kitchen Lead & Mentor

Welford Healthcare’s Radbrook Nursing Home in Shrewsbury is seeking a Bank Head Chef to run the kitchen and deliver nourishing meals for residents. You will design varied menus, lead a catering team and maintain high food standards in a care-home setting.

This role requires experience cooking for large numbers, managing staff, adapting to dietary needs, and flexibility to work alternate weekends. An enhanced DBS check is required; the position includes induction and ongoing training.
