Head of Operations — Scale a Postnatal Health Service

Hesta Health is seeking a Head of Operations to own the day-to-day delivery and ongoing improvement of our postnatal service. The role blends hands-on operations with data-driven insights to delivery exceptional patient care.

You’ll lead scheduling, capacity planning and regulatory compliance while partnering with clinical and product teams to build scalable workflows. This is a high-ownership role based in London Victoria or on-site 4-5 days a week.
