Assistant Manager, Children’s Residential Care

CareTech Community Services is seeking an Assistant Manager – Children’s Residential to help run the home and deliver high-quality care to children and young people. A manual driving licence is required, and you will work closely with the Registered Manager to maintain a safe, nurturing environment.

You will lead a team, supervise shifts, complete reviews and care plans, and progress staff qualifications while ensuring compliance with safeguarding and regulatory standards.
