Job Description:
Greencore Spalding is seeking a Senior Section Leader for a night shift (18:00–06:00, 4 on/4 off) in the soups area. You will supervise a team to ensure production quality, safety, and cost targets on a site-based shift.
Reporting to the Production Manager, you will organise staff, drive productivity, and stand in as Production Manager during absences. A strong food-manufacturing background with continuous improvement focus is essential.
