Nursing Home Manager – Lead Established Service | 20% Bonus

The Cynergy Group is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a medium-sized nursing care home in Dover, Kent. You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure safe, compassionate care, and maintain the service’s Good CQC rating.

You’ll lead clinical and care teams, manage budgets, recruitment and governance, and drive continuous improvement. This is a permanent, full-time role offering up to £80,000 plus a 20% bonus and the autonomy to shape the home’s culture and performance.
