Senior Contracts Manager – Social Housing Refurbishments

Lovell is recruiting an experienced Contracts Manager to join our expanding team on a 15 year partnership with L&Q. You will oversee refurbishment programmes in social housing, including scaffolding design, roofing, internal works and retrofit projects, ensuring delivery to time, cost and quality.

You will lead delivery teams, manage resources, drive health and safety, and maintain strong client relationships while maximising profitability.
