The role

• Plan and deliver accessible science lessons for pupils with a range of additional needs.
• Adapt teaching, resources and assessment to individual learning profiles and EHCP outcomes.
• Create a calm, purposeful classroom with clear routines and high expectations.
• Work closely with teaching assistants, therapists and the wider pastoral team.

About you

• Qualified Teacher Status is required for this teaching role.
• Experience teaching science and supporting pupils with SEN is strongly preferred.
• You communicate clearly, plan carefully and respond positively to individual needs.
• You understand safeguarding responsibilities within a specialist school setting.

£185 – £265 per day PAYE
