Bath and North East Somerset Council is seeking a Deputy Team Manager in Children’s Social Care to lead a hub of Senior Social Work Practitioners and Social Workers, coordinating assessments and care planning for children and families in the Bath area.
You will supervise, drive outcome-focused plans, and work with partner services to protect children while promoting positive outcomes. Experience in supervision and PEPS is advantageous.
