Care Leavers Advisor — Hybrid Social Care

Pertemps is seeking a candidate to join the Leaving Care Service in Peterborough on a hybrid basis. You will work within Children’s Social Care to develop and deliver services for care leavers, ensuring consistency of practice and collaboration with children, families and partner agencies.

The role focuses on placing young people leaving care at the centre of practice, providing timely support, and using resources effectively to improve outcomes.
