Prison Primary Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (Band 6)

Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Mental Health Nurse Practitioner for the Offender Healthcare team at HMP ISIS, London. The post offers NHS AfC Band 6 level, full-time hours (37.5 per week) and a permanent contract with day and LD shift patterns.

The role focuses on initial screenings, care planning, MDT referrals and continuity of care for prisoners with mental health needs, within an integrated healthcare framework across secure environments.
