Find. in Manchester is seeking a Registered Manager for a residential service supporting adults with acquired brain injuries. You will lead the home, champion person-centered care and promote independence while safeguarding wellbeing.
You will manage staff, drive quality and ensure daily service delivery in line with CQC regulations and sector best practice. A Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or working towards) is required.
