Lead Residential Child Care Officer

Birmingham Childrens Trust Leadership is seeking a Senior Residential Child Care Officer to help safeguard and support looked-after children in a residential home. You will work with the Registered Manager to deliver high-quality care, create and monitor care plans, and promote the welfare and development of the young people.

You will maintain professional records, contribute to safeguarding, support families and partner services, and model positive behaviour.
