Night-Time Residential Childcare Worker (Trauma-Informed)

YMCA Robin Hood Group in Selby (YO8) is seeking a Night-Time Children’s Residential Care Worker to join our overnight team. You will stay awake with our children, supporting them through overnight hours and helping them feel safe, cared for and understood.

This full-time, permanent role offers a 4-on/4-off rota, 23 days leave plus bank holidays, a Westfield Healthcare plan, an Employee Assistance Programme, a 24/7 GP line and funded progression to Level 4 in Residential Childcare.
