Keyline Care in Swadlincote is seeking compassionate Waking Night Residential Childcare Support Workers to provide steady, nurturing care to young people with complex needs. This role requires patience, resilience, and a calm, confident presence during night shifts.

We offer full-time contracts (40 hours) with 2-week rolling rota (10pm–8am) and options for bank/part-time positions; salary £30,500–£32,500. Training includes Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare and DDP trauma-informed care.
