FMCG Operations Controller – Night Shift

Greencore is seeking an experienced Operations Controller for the Selby site. You will lead the manufacturing unit’s people, process and product KPIs across shifts, reporting to the Site GM as a core SLT member.

You will drive the manufacturing business plan, manage costs within budget, and implement capex projects and capital investments to improve efficiency while ensuring food safety and customer standards are met.
