Store Duty Manager: Lead Team & Drive Sales

Iceland Foods Ltd is seeking a Duty Manager to join our New Ferry store on a part-time basis. You will work as a Retail Assistant with a £2 per hour supplement when managing shifts, in addition to £11.60–£12.71 per hour. This role includes running the store for contracted hours (16 hrs).

You will lead a team, drive sales, ensure product availability, and uphold cash handling and security policies while delivering excellent customer service.
