Real Estate Debt Analyst – Underwriting & Asset Management

Bellwether is seeking analysts to join our 2027 Debt Analyst Class. You will support the asset management team, performing complex financial analyses and reporting across a diversified real estate debt portfolio.

A three-week training program covers financial modeling, fund-level reporting, and underwriting debt investments. In this role, you will interact with sponsors, assist with market diligence, and contribute to AI-driven workflow improvements.
