The Club Company is seeking a Chef De Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team at one of our premier golf and country clubs. You will work with the Head/Sous Chef to uphold the highest standards of food production and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
You will oversee food safety, health & safety compliance, and maintain cleanliness across kitchen sections. Responsibilities include stock management, waste reduction, and supporting training and improvements.
