Assistant Business Manager — Operations & Service Lead

The Leed s Teaching Hospital NHS Trust is seeking an Assistant Business Manager for the Abdominal Medical and Surgery CSU in Leeds. This full-time, permanent role (37.5 hours) focuses on leading a team to achieve national targets and ensure high-quality patient care within the Trust.

The post holder will handle HR and staff management duties, champion service improvements and work closely with senior managers to deliver strategic objectives in line with the Leeds Way values.
