Junior Hotel Operations Manager – £40 000 – Belfast City Centre

We’re looking for a motivated Junior Hotel Operations Manager to support the day-to-day running of the hotel, lead by example and help ensure smooth operations across departments.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting daily hotel operations across front office, food and beverage and guest services.
• Supervising and motivating teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Maintaining high standards of service, presentation and operational efficiency.
• Handling guest queries and resolving issues professionally.
• Supporting staff scheduling, training and performance management.
• Working closely with senior management to improve standards and drive results.

What we’re looking for:

• Previous supervisory or management experience within a hotel.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• A hands-on approach with a passion for premium hospitality.
• The ability to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and evenings as required.
