Wellbeing & Crisis Support Agent (Assistive Tech)

Nottingham Community Housing Association (NCHA) is seeking a Customer Wellbeing Agent to operate our 24/7 wellbeing helplines and assistive technology service from Clifton.

You will respond to emotional distress calls, support customers with crisis situations, liaise with emergency services, and signpost to appropriate services. Full training provided; 35 hours over 4 days, 24/7 rota. This role offers a meaningful contribution to people’s lives every day.
