Assistant Project Manager – Refurbishment & Property

Workspace Group is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our Surveying and Development team and drive refurbishment, capex and improvement projects across our portfolio. You will coordinate with asset managers, contractors and internal stakeholders to deliver on time, on budget and to Workspace standards.

In this role you’ll manage projects from planning and procurement through to handover, oversee schedules, budgets and risk, and promote a strong health and safety culture across sites.
