Strategic Real Estate Investment Director

Macdonald & Company is seeking an experienced Investment Director to shape the UK real estate strategy, drive capital deployment, and maximise asset performance across a diversified portfolio of industrial, office, and land assets.

You will lead a small team including a Development Director, Analyst, and Graduate Surveyor, collaborating with the Chairman to acquire, develop, and optimise returns. MRICS preferred; 8–12 years in real estate investment essential.
