Regional Care Leader – Children’s Homes (EBD)

Brook Street Social Care is seeking a Regional Support Manager to lead multiple Ofsted-regulated children’s homes in the region and drive high-quality care outcomes. The role is full-time, 37.5 hours, with a salary of £60,000 per annum.

This hands-on regional leadership position focuses on delivering operational support, audits and mentoring to Registered Managers, while maintaining safe, therapeutic environments and driving service improvements across the group.
