Remote Legal Counsel – Trade Compliance & UFLPA Expert

Taylor Hopkinson is recruiting a Legal Counsel/Senior Legal Counsel to support a leading solar PV manufacturing company remotely. The role focuses on day-to-day legal work across commercial contracting, supply chain, and trade compliance with an emphasis on UFLPA and CBP interactions.

The candidate will manage traceability documentation, advise on CBP standards, and assist with domestic content and tax credit certifications, while negotiating MSAs, NDAs, and logistics agreements.
