Acute Inpatient Ward Lead – Mental Health Nursing

Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a proactive Nurse/leader to manage Alt Ward, an adult acute inpatient unit. The role focuses on delivering high-quality patient care, staff supervision and clinical leadership in a challenging, dynamic environment.

You will engage with carers and external agencies, demonstrate strong clinical assessment skills, and drive supervision and development of staff to improve care standards and service user outcomes. Flexible working may be considered.
