Senior Community Mental Health Crisis Lead Nurse

West London NHS Trust is recruiting a Senior Practitioner for the CATT team to lead assessments and home-based treatment for mental health patients. You will work with a multi-disciplinary team, provide crisis intervention, and gatekeeping for inpatient wards and community recovery.
