Job Description:
TJX Europe is seeking a Junior HR Business Partner to join the HR team at our Stoke Distribution Centre on a permanent basis. The role follows a fixed shift pattern, 12:00pm-8:00pm, with on-site attendance five days per week and reports to the Senior HR Business Partner.
You will partner with operational leaders to drive engagement, performance and talent initiatives, providing expert HR guidance and helping shape an inclusive culture across the site.
