Remote Creator Success Partner

Picsart is seeking a Creator Success Manager to support top Creator accounts across time zones and drive adoption of our AI tools. This 12-month remote contract focuses on post-sale value, satisfaction, and advocacy through proactive guidance and issue resolution.

You’ll partner with Product, Engineering, Support and Trust & Safety to turn insights into practical improvements, coaching Creators to produce client-ready work and reduce support churn.
