Molton Brown, part of Kao, is seeking a fixed-term Education and Retail trainer for up to 5 months in the UK. The role is a 3‑day week, focusing on delivering engaging programmes that strengthen in-store capability and brand storytelling, ahead of the Q1 2027 launch.

You will partner with Education and Retail teams to elevate consumer experiences and drive sales. You will design and deliver training, coach teams, and support events to create premium brand experiences and strong brand advocacy
