TheRole
TamesideCouncilarelookingforanexperiencedHealth&SafetyManagerforapermanentpositiontoleadtheirHealth&SafetyTeam.TheroleoftheHealth&SafetyManagerwillbetoleadanddevelopthehealthandsafetyfunctionacrosstheorganisationandtosupporteachDirectorate.Youwillberesponsibleforhelpingtoraisehealthandsafetyperformanceandfosteracultureofcontinuousimprovement.YouwilldrivetheimplementationofthecouncilsHealth&safetymanagementsystems,policies,proceduresandtraining.
