Senior Occupational Therapist – Lead 4 North East Homes

Exemplar Health Care is seeking a Senior Occupational Therapist to work across four complex care services in the North East. You will lead a clinical team, manage a diverse caseload, and deliver expert assessments and interventions to empower residents toward greater independence.

You will supervise Junior Therapists or Therapy Assistants, build partnerships with residents, families and professionals, and ensure evidence-based practice and robust record keeping.
