Head Chef – Lead Your Kitchen, Bonus & Growth

The Swan With Two Necks in Blackbrook is seeking a Head Chef to lead the kitchen and own the menu with real ownership of the food you serve. You’ll work with a dedicated brigade, report to the General Manager and drive food quality, GP, labour and stock management.

We offer a competitive package including a bonus scheme, a total package up to £55,000 per year, and full-time hours (44 per week) in a pub renowned for its roasts and seasonal dishes.
