Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust is seeking a Parkinson’s Disease Specialist Nurse to deliver holistic, evidence-based care from diagnosis to end of life, coordinating with the MDT and local community services to ensure seamless patient journeys.
You will lead in education for healthcare professionals, develop Parkinson’s services with the multidisciplinary team, and participate in governance and audit activities to maintain quality and safety across the Trust.
