Senior Financial Analyst, Prime Video Accounting

Overview

In this role you will support EMEA operational accounting for Prime Video, owning end-to-end processes and partnering with finance and business teams to ensure accurate reporting. You will apply accounting frameworks to close monthly results, drive projects, and act as the primary contact for finance partners. You will assess and enhance internal controls and design processes for a growing business. You work in a collaborative, customer-focused environment where your contributions directly impact financial reporting and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Support elements of the accounting and reporting process
• Own end-to-end processes to support finance and business partners
• Assess internal control design and implement effective controls for growing activities
• Exercise judgment to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Lead projects and provide accounting guidance; serve as primary contact for finance partners

Key requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, or local GAAP frameworks with day-to-day applicability
• Fluent English (speaking, writing, reading)
• Experience supporting month-end close and financial reporting
• Experience supporting controls or audits over financial reporting
• Experience using financial models, KPIs, and data analysis for business decisions

• Ability to navigate ambiguity and prioritize multiple projects
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment
