Project Manager

Overview

In this Project Manager role you support a Senior PM on a high-value residential project in the Croydon area, from demolition through to new build and fit-out. You will help keep scope, schedule and budget on track while coordinating with clients, architects and engineers. You’ll operate within a busy construction consultancy that delivers multi-disciplinary services to public and private sectors. This is an opportunity to contribute to large-scale regeneration and upscale housing developments with growth toward chartership.

Pay / Benefits

• salary 50000 to 70000 per annum

Responsibilities

• organise and run meetings and capture minutes
• ensure the client’s brief is adhered to
• maintain project progress toward completion on time and within budget
• coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors and stakeholders
• support APC/chartership training as needed

Key requirements

• four years or more project management experience on building construction projects
• degree or MSc in relevant Built Environment subject
• excellent written and spoken English
• ability to engage with clients and professionals at all levels
• own transport to travel between Kent/SE London office and Croydon site
• willingness to work towards chartership or support towards APC
