In this role you lead the restaurant as a hands-on owner, shaping strategy, P&L, sales, and compliance. You’ll inspire a management team and drive exceptional customer experience across Eat-in, Collect and Delivery. You partner with senior leadership to deliver strong commercial results while nurturing talent and culture. Responsibilities

• set the restaurant direction and drive business performance
• lead and mentor the management team to deliver results
• balance budgets, forecast accurately and manage labour
• use data and performance trends to grow sales and profitability
• own the customer journey and ensure an exceptional service experience
• recruit, develop and retain a high-performing team
• ensure compliance and safety standards are maintained
• collaborate with Area Managers and other leaders to drive growth

Key requirements

• 3+ years’ experience as a General Manager, leading teams and managing busy operations
• ownership of commercial performance and profitability
• experience in budgeting, forecasting and labour management
• ability to use data to inform decisions and drive results
