Responsibilities

• Pre-action strategy, risk analysis and asset management
• High-value commercial and premium residential property disputes
• Mediation, arbitration and litigation
• Disputes arising in investment portfolios and development contexts (build environment exposure advantageous)

Key requirements

• Proven real estate disputes experience
• PQE ~1–4 years with focus on real estate disputes
• Solicitor qualification (England & Wales or Scotland)
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Ability to manage a diverse, complex caseload autonomously and in a team
• Exposure to build environment or development disputes is desirable
