Missing Children Support Worker – Trauma‑Informed Field Role

Birmingham Children’s Trust is seeking dedicated Missing Support Workers to conduct return home interviews with children who go missing, sometimes on a one-off basis. You will engage with children in trauma-informed, culturally competent ways and collaborate with partners to reduce future missing episodes.

You will work independently, travel across Birmingham, and contribute to safeguarding outcomes while being supported by a larger Exploitation Hub and a strong multi-agency network.
