Overview

In this Real Estate Solicitor role, you will handle a broad mix of commercial property work within a highly regarded team. You’ll support developers, investors, landlords and occupiers on acquisitions, disposals, leasing and development matters, with due diligence and property finance aspects. You’ll work closely with partners to manage transactions from instruction to completion, contributing to a growing, award-winning practice. Responsibilities

• Advising on acquisitions and disposals
• Handling landlord and tenant work and leasing
• Managing development projects and property finance transactions
• Conducting due diligence, title investigations, and Land Registry matters
• Overseeing transactional management from instruction through to completion

Key requirements

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
• 2+ years’ PQE in real estate or commercial real estate
• Experience in acquisitions, disposals, leasing, development and/or property finance
• Strong drafting, analytical and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and collaborative attitude
• Ambitious and proactive attitude to develop within a real estate practice
