We work with a wide range of schools and settings, meaning we’re keen to speak with Assistant Headteachers, Deputy Headteachers, Heads of School and experienced middle leaders who are considering their next move.
Opportunities can vary across primary, secondary, SEND and specialist settings, so we’re particularly interested in leaders with experience in school improvement, behaviour, safeguarding, SEND/SEMH, curriculum or pastoral leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
Depending on the role and setting, leadership responsibilities may include:
- Supporting the Headteacher and wider Senior Leadership Team
- Leading on school improvement and raising pupil outcomes
- Providing strategic leadership across curriculum, behaviour, SEND or pastoral areas
- Supporting staff development and effective teaching and learning
- Promoting high standards of safeguarding and pupil welfare
- Using data and evidence to identify areas for development
- Building positive relationships with pupils, staff, parents and the wider school community
- Contributing to the school’s strategic vision and development
What We’re Looking For:
- QTS or recognised equivalent where required
- Current or recent experience in a school leadership or middle leadersh
