In-Custody Mental Health Clinician — NHS

CNWL NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting for a Mental Health Practitioner at HMP Downview in the Criminal Justice Health team. You will assess and treat prisoners with mental health needs, triage referrals, and undertake EDIC assessments to determine care pathways and link with GPs, psychology, and social care services.

You will case manage a defined caseload within CPA guidelines and contribute to pre-release planning, in partnership with prison departments and external agencies.
