Manufacturing Manager

Overview

As Manufacturing Manager for Blow Moulding, you lead a key production operation within a top FMCG company. You will align people, plant and process to hit KPIs while upholding safety, quality and environmental standards. You drive Manufacturing Excellence and embed PMS across the site, empowering teams and coaching the next generation of leaders. This role offers strategic influence, cross-functional collaboration and a focus on continuous improvement at scale.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive blow moulding manufacturing strategy to meet operational and business objectives
• Improve site performance by optimizing people, equipment and processes
• Embed Manufacturing Excellence and Performance Management Systems across the operation
• Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and employee engagement
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Quality, Environmental and business standards
• Develop high-performing teams through coaching, mentoring and succession planning
• Support Engineering Excellence and Asset Care initiatives to maximise effectiveness
• Lead problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing structure

Key requirements

• Proven leadership experience in manufacturing, preferably FMCG/food/dairy/packaging/process制造
• Experience managing operational teams and delivering key manufacturing KPIs
• Track record of driving continuous improvement and operational excellence
• Strong people leadership with coaching and development experience
• Experience implementing Performance Management Systems and structured routines
• Solid understanding of HSE, Quality and environmental standards
• Ability to influence stakeholders and build cross-site collaboration
