Account Executive (Print), Manchester

Overview

In this role you serve as a key client-facing driver, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to deliver services to clients on time and to specification. You’ll support the Client Engagement team, develop detailed project specs, and monitor progress to meet KPIs and SLAs. The role spans 2D/3D Print, POSM, packaging, and door drop services, with a blended work setup across the local office, client/vendor sites, and home. You will act as a reliable, proactive contact to ensure smooth operations and successful client outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical input on projects across the service range
• Support the Client Engagement team in delivering high-quality service and understanding HH Global capabilities
• Produce detailed specifications for internal and external parties, capturing technical details and key dates
• Brief suppliers on client requirements and monitor delivery to specification and SLA
• Record activity, progress and manage invoicing procedures, POs, deliveries, and client reports

Key requirements

• Experience liaising directly with clients about service provision and solutions
• Business Administration experience in a client services team with direct client engagement
• Numerate with a commercial bias and able to manage multiple projects
• Strong attention to detail with time management and prioritization skills
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills
• MS 365 capability (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
