Global In-House Employment Counsel

Think Legal Recruitment is seeking a Legal Counsel (Employment) for a Manchester-based in-house role within a global business. Newly created position reporting to Head of Employment Law and Employee Relations, offering exposure across UK and international jurisdictions including US, APAC and Europe.

You will advise on contentious and non-contentious employment matters, develop templates and contracts, coordinate with external counsel, and drive process improvements.
